 Safety is our priority. If there’s heavy rain, lightning, or unsafe conditions, we’ll cancel or reschedule the ride. You’ll receive a notification via text/email and be offered a credit or rain date—we got you!

Nope! We provide LED-lit cruiser bikes, maintenance checked, and ready to ride. Just bring yourself and your glow energy. We do offer BYOB options if you want to join a ride.

 No—riders must be 21 years or older to participate. This is an adult experience designed for safety, fitness, and fun. 

 It’s a vibe ride! Easy pace, music-led, and made for all levels. You’ll move, groove, and still break a light sweat. 

Each ride includes:

We offer a variety of maintenance services, including brake adjustments, tire replacements, and full bike tune-ups.

 Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes. Feel free to dress on theme—glow, neon, or your group’s custom shirts. No heels or sandals for safety reasons.

Please arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrivals may miss the ride and are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for rescheduling or a credit.

 Yes—but we recommend stopping safely or letting your Glo Pro take them. We also capture photos along the way and post recaps (with consent).

 Yes—GloRyders is BYOB at your own discretion. You may bring a small beverage to enjoy responsibly before or after the ride.
🚫 However, if you arrive visibly intoxicated or become too impaired to ride safely, we reserve the right to refuse service for your safety—no refunds will be given in that case. Safety first, always.
