Welcome to GloRyders Powered by LimitLess! By accessing or booking through our website, mobile app, or participating in a ride, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or booking a ride, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or older. Your participation in any GloRyders ride constitutes your agreement to these terms.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be completed through our official website or designated platform.
   
• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
   
• Prices are subject to change, but we will honor the price at the time of booking.
   

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit.
   
• No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
   
• In case of weather-related cancellations, you may reschedule or receive a credit.

4. Waiver & Liability

All participants must complete a waiver before riding.
GloRyders is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen items during rides.
You ride at your own risk. Safety is a priority, and you are expected to follow all rules and guidance from Glo Pros and Ride Leaders.

5. Safety Requirements

• Helmets are required and provided unless you bring your own.
   
• Closed-toe shoes are required.
   
• Intoxicated riders will be denied access with no refund.
   
• You must follow group ride rules and instructions at all times.
   

6. Media & Content Use

By participating in GloRyders rides, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes—unless you specifically opt out in writing before your ride.

7. Conduct Expectations

All riders must:

• Treat others with respect
   
• Avoid disruptive behavior
   
• Refrain from harassment, violence, or intoxication
  Failure to comply may result in removal from the ride without refund.
   

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (logos, ride names, designs, text) belongs to GloRyders Powered by LimitLess and may not be used without written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your agreement to the latest version.
